Dr. Nazir Yosufi is a researcher and educator at the European Academy of Advanced Studies (EAAS). He specializes in international relations, global governance, international diplomacy and development. His research interests lie primarily in European foreign policy and development cooperation.

He earned his PhD in International Relations at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), India, where he researched European development aid to Afghanistan, focusing on Germany. Alongside his PhD, he completed his graduate and undergraduate studies in business administration, which helps him integrate international business with diplomacy and development.

Dr. Yosufi’s primary areas of research are foreign aid, international cooperation, peacebuilding and development policy in the context of developing countries. He studies international aid, donor coordination, the role of international organizations in fragile states, and international organizations and their role in fragile states. He has participated in a variety of development studies and international relations research and contributed to policy debates and international academic conferences.

In addition to his research, Dr. Yosufi has teaching and educational coordination experience in higher education. He has taught courses on the history and culture of Afghanistan, contributed to curriculum development, contextualized teaching, and active student participation. He engages in research-based education at EAAS and promotes students bridging the gap between theory and practice on global issues of today.

In addition to other accomplishments, Dr. Yosufi has organized programs, workshops, and initiatives with an emphasis on cultural understanding and collaboration. His contributions encourage international cooperation and strengthen research.
